If you wish to exchange or return your order, I am always here to assist you! You can exchange or return the products within 14 days. In exchange for the returned product, you can receive a voucher, another product, or a refund.

I ship worldwide. I cover customs fees and import duties for international orders. Please check your country's customs regulations before placing an order.


Return Policy:

  • Returns are only allowed within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be in unused and undamaged condition.

  • Returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and labels.


2.1 Return procedure

  2. Send the item together with a copy of the invoice to the address provided.

  3. Make sure the package has sufficient postage.

  4. Once I have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

  5. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.


2.2 Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.


2.3 Exceptions

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned, except in the case of defects.

  • Returns are not accepted for digital products.


Damaged Products

If you've received a damaged product, please contact me via email at I will guide you through the procedure to return the item, and a new product will be shipped to you upon receiving the damaged product at the warehouse.
